Renaissance offers the only mixed use non-profit Business Incubation Program in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Located in our San Francisco’s South of Market (275 5th Street) Renaissance’s on-site Business Incubator houses over 30 businesses in a supportive entrepreneurial community providing low-cost office space and intensive business development services to help support their success. Incubation program participants receive:

Free skill-building workshops such as Social Media, Time Management, Contract Negotiations, Taxes, etc.

Free one-on-one consultations with subject and industry experts tailored to drive the individual growth needs of each business

Our Virtual Incubation Program (VIP) is offered through our South of Market San Francisco, and our Mid-Peninsula Renaissance office in East Palo Alto. It provides all of the business development services and affiliation that the Incubator provides for growing companies that do not need a physical office space. Enjoy free monthly consulations, free 1-day workshops and roundtables as well as 20-hours of co-working space on-site. Applications can be found here.
Our Business Assistance Center, located at our Bayview Renaissance, offers a combination of the on-site Incubation and the Virtual Incubation programs.
