Space: Our selection of offices ranges from hard-wall professional workstations to 240 square feet closed-door offices; we can meet the needs of different business models.
Pricing range from $200/month to $700/month depending on size of office.
A full menu of amenities and services for tenants includes:
- Access to conference rooms for client meetings;
- A classroom that comfortably holds up to 35 guests for client meeting use;
- Building reception services: Renaissance receives tenants' clients, guests and packages;
- T1 and wireless technology;
- Use of telephones, faxes, photocopiers, scanners as needed;
- Access to training and networking opportunities; and
- Much more!
Location: Renaissance SoMA is well-located in San Francisco (275 Fifth Street @ Folsom Street). We're just 3 blocks from the Powell Street BART, Muni rail and bus, and the San Francisco Shopping Center. Street and lot parking is also convenient and we are just 3 blocks from Highway #80/#101. (Monthly parking is also available under separate lease.)
