Development Manager: Renaissance seeks a creative and analytical Development Manager to strengthen all fundraising activities to secure and grow our organizational budget (currently $5M) ).  Renaissance receives major funding from government, corporate, foundation and individual sources.  Initially reporting to the CEO, our new colleague will take ownership of our grant writing, report submission and management. The ideal candidate is passionate about funding our mission, enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment and brings the ability to multitask, along with a high level of organization and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Office Systems CoordinatorRenaissance seeks a professional, customer service- and detail-oriented Office Systems Coordinator to embrace technology and systems, and enjoy thinking creatively to help our team work better. Our ideal new teammate takes pride in ensuring quality infrastructure and facilities for our programs, clients, tenants, and staff. They enjoy being organized, detail oriented, working collaboratively, and keeping multiple, heavily-used web and hardware-based systems up-to-date and humming.  Renaissance owns our own 24,000 sq ft building in SOMA San Francisco, which is the site of our headquarters as well.  Our Office Systems Coordinator will handle logistics to keep the building operating smoothly for the staff, tenants, clients and guests on a daily basis, and will also support facility and tech needs within our additional program sites around the Bay.
