This workshop is an introductory exploration to help you understand basic contracts for commercial kitchens, catering venues, farmers markets and pop-up events, online food delivery services, permitted microenterprise kitchens, and homemade food sales, with a special focus on preventing the food industry legal problems arising frequently during these difficult times of Covid-19 and economic recession. Learn how to manage your food business legal risk so you can focus on creating delicious food! Although taught by an experienced business attorney, this class does not constitute legal advice. These workshops will meet Thursday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
