Instructor: Aaron Lander
Aaron is a seasoned business consultant with nearly two decades of experience, specializing in small businesses and community organizations. His passion for community development and helping others began at a young age while volunteering in soup kitchens. His journey led him to advocate for change in local laws, volunteering extensively, and working in government roles. However, he ultimately found his calling in San Francisco, where he founded PopUpsters, an award-winning tech company that empowered small businesses through Pop-Up events.
Continuing his commitment to small businesses and minority communities, Aaron joined the Board of Directors of the Golden Gate Business Association and created impactful programs like Power Pitch. Today, he heads The Pop Up Guide LLC, offering a range of services and workshops to help entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses, while also collaborating with cities and counties to activate spaces and support local businesses.
