The fast-moving technical world of contracts for raw materials purchasing, contract manufacturing,
co-packing, warehousing, inventory management, and third party logistics can be challenging to
navigate for a new small-scale manufacturer. This program will provide an introduction to the
different supply chain contract types, discuss how to manage risky contract terms, and share tips
about how to negotiate and manage your supplier contract relationships when you are a small fish
in a big commercial supply chain system. Although taught by an experienced business attorney, this
class does not constitute legal advice.
