Nervous about negotiating? We can help you learn how to confidently ask for the contract terms you need to protect and sustain your business. A good contract negotiation process can create the foundation for a healthy long-term relationship and help both parties successfully reach their business goals. This interactive workshop will first teach you some basic win/win contract negotiating skills, and then give you a fun and informative opportunity to practice them with hypothetical business cases in small groups. Although taught by an experienced business attorney, this class does not constitute legal advice.
