In this workshop, we will discuss your business idea and define your business concept through a series of guided activities and share examples of other food businesses.
We will also discuss the steps and process of opening a food business in the Bay Area.
About Viridiana Ponce: Viridiana Ponce is a small business consultant, coach, and trainer in the Bay Area. Passionate about providing expertise and resources to English & Spanish speaking entrepreneurs, she started VP Consulting in 2014. Viridiana helps local businesses grow and thrive by focusing on financial management and projections; developing business plans, and ongoing business support.
