Join us to explore the many flavors of business contracts in today’s local food industry. This workshop is an introductory exploration to help you understand basic contracts with commercial kitchens, catering venues, farmers markets and pop-up events, online food delivery services, and related to permitted microenterprise kitchens or homemade food sales, with special focus on preventing the food industry legal problems arising frequently during these difficult times. Learn how to manage your food business legal risk so you can focus on creating delicious food! Although taught by an experienced business attorney, this program does not constitute legal advice.
