This workshop is an introductory exploration to help you understand basic contracts with commercial kitchens, catering venues, farmers markets and pop-up events, online food delivery services, and related to permitted microenterprise kitchens or homemade food sales, with special focus on preventing the food industry legal problems arising frequently during these difficult times.
