This workshop introduces self-help methods and resources for: business contracts, intellectual property protection, funding agreements, customer agreements, employee and independent contractor agreements, vendor agreements, commercial leases, and legal entity choices. You will also learn how to carefully investigate and choose the right parties to do business with. Although taught by an experienced business attorney, this class does not constitute legal advice.
