Trademarks, domain names, corporate names, DBAs, local fictitious name filings – the many different worlds of business name rights are complex and confusing. This program will help you understand where and how to carefully search a business or brand name to be sure you are not infringing on the name rights of others, and where and how to register business and brand names to establish and start building recognition and value in your own name rights. Although taught by an experienced business attorney, this class does not constitute legal advice.
