As female entrepreneurs, we tend to wear ALL the hats in our businesses. We know our time is precious, but so often, it gets eaten up by activities that DON’T bring in revenue or establish us as experts in our fields. This workshop is designed to distinguish your business’ WILDLY IMPORTANT work from the busy work, then make your calendar reflect those priorities, so you can save your sanity, and become the best in the world at what you do.
From this workshop you’ll get:
Understanding of “Deep Work” & why it is the most valuable skill in today’s world
Clarity on your “Wildly Important” work & how to create a schedule that supports it
Clarity on the work you need to STOP doing & how you’ll actively de-prioritize it
System for accountability, making time for & working towards your wildly important goals
Tips for creating a schedule that promotes focus, energy & efficacy
Track where you REALLY spend your time for 2 days!
Using the attached time-tracker, track how you really spend your time for two days! Write in each block what you actually did. (i.e. “Browsed Instagram,” “___ project meeting w/ Jill,” “Client Call,” “Snack,” “Commute,” “Workout”)
I recommend having it with you all day and briefly updating it every 30 minutes! The more specific you are about the activities, the better equipped you’ll be to make pivotal changes to how you manage your time.
