Supply Chain Contracting for Small-Scale Manufacturers (WBC)

October 18 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Duration: 3 hours

The fast-moving technical world of contracts for raw materials purchasing, contract manufacturing, co-packing, warehousing, inventory management, and third party logistics, can be challenging to navigate for a new small-scale manufacturer even in a stable economy. Thus the program will provide an introduction to the different supply chain contract types, discuss how to manage risky contract terms, share tips about how to negotiate and manage your supplier contract relationships when you are a small fish in a big commercial supply chain system, and focus on possible solutions and remedies for the unexpected supply chain costs and failures happening frequently during these troubled times. Although taught by an experienced business attorney, this class does not constitute legal advice.

Although led by an experienced business attorney, these educational sessions do not constitute legal advice.
