Experienced business attorney and director of the SF Community Business Law Center, Felicia Vallera, will present this legal workshop focusing on contracts for raw materials purchasing, contract manufacturing, co-packing, warehousing and third party logistics, and related specialized equipment contracts, which can be challenging to navigate for a new small-scale manufacturer.
This is the fifth workshop in a 6-week series for fashion entrepreneurs, brought to you by Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center in partnership with the Office of Economic and Workforce Development of the City of San Francisco. Workshops in this series are available on an individual basis.
