As a small business owner, it is crucial that you focus on business planning. As part of this planning becoming skilled in setting and achieving SMART Goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound) is important to your overall success.
Workshop description:
During this 90-minute session, participants will:
-Learn the importance of setting specific goals clearly defined in terms of expectations and outcomes
-Learn to create goals that are tailored to your company’s business plan
-Create measurable goals that are easily tracked
-Create attainable goals that are realistic given the available resources and capacity
Facilitator: Rosanne Roberts Archuleta
Rosanne is the Principal of R. M. Roberts and Associates, LLC. She completed taking the Renaissance Business Planning program in 1990. After completing the program, she continued at Renaissance as a business coach and classroom trainer. She served on the board of Renaissance for nearly a decade. Moving to New Mexico in 2003, she volunteered at the Santa Fe chapter of the New Mexico Small Business Development Center. She has been serving on the Board of the NMSBDC since 2008. Her company provides training, coaching, and recruiting services to financial services clients and small businesses throughout the country.
