Most people think that to beat imposter syndrome and feel confident, you need to tell people all of your accomplishments. But what really creates a connection with clients, customers and people in general, is vulnerability – and that’s a lot scarier! If we’re feeling like imposters already, the last thing we want to do is admit to all of the things we’ve gone through and are afraid of. But people see those things in themselves and connect with us.
In this interactive workshop, facilitator Kristin Brabant will lead you through exercises that will help you discover elements of your own personal story, and you’ll practice telling that story in breakout rooms. Come prepared to be inspired!
