Women Mean Business East Bay presents: Dealing with Difficult Clients and Having Difficult Conversations with Alice Shikina.
In this workshop, participants will gain an understanding of how to deal with difficult clients and how to have difficult conversations. Alice will go over the role of anger in negotiations, how it can sabotage a conversation and how participants can get around this obstacle. The workshop is interactive.

2. Learn to manage clients’ anger.
3. Learn phrases to start off difficult conversations.
4. Learn to manage the entire conversation, so you remain in control.
Speaker: Alice Shikina is an international speaker, author, director, playwright, mediator, and negotiator. She uses her 20+ years of theatre skills directly in her mediation practice. She mediates divorces, landlord-tenant conflicts, family conflicts, and employment cases. She also offers small group negotiation coaching for entrepreneurs looking to level-up their negotiation skills. Alice enjoys jiu-jitsu, watching movies, and hiking.
