Women Mean Business East Bay presents: Negotiate and Communicate with Ease with Alice Shikina.

In this two-hour course, Alice Shikina will go over communication strategies to improve your business acumen. She will also go over ways to improve your negotiation skills so that you can negotiate contracts, disputes, and more!

Participants will be able to:
• Improve their communication skills with their clients
• Deal with difficult clients
• Negotiate the best deal for themselves
• Negotiate disputes in order to avoid litigation

Alice Shikina is an international speaker, author, director, playwright, mediator, and negotiator. She uses her 20+ years of theatre skills directly in her mediation practice. She mediates divorces, landlord-tenant conflicts, family conflicts, and employment cases. She also offers small group negotiation coaching for entrepreneurs looking to level-up their negotiation skills. Alice enjoys jiu-jitsu, watching movies, and hiking.
